Breakout room option is not showing in the host’s menu. All 12 hosts of our company have the same problem. Zoom version is updated. No error code message. Tried both on desktop and phone. Everything was normal before.

I have a Business Pro Plan for Zoom meetings.

Normally its sufficient for 100 attendees for my online events/meetings.

However, I have had an excellent response for one coming up shortly, so I have purchased a on-off one month add on "large meeting".

Last time I did this, I had to also go into the actually meeting settings somewhere and change the seats otherwise those people who were over the 100 registrations still couldn't register.

 

I can't find where it is. Can someone remind me please?

Rightnow zoom has 49 participant video limit in one screen, how can view 100 participant in one screen? or above?

 

Please advice or any custom solution for this?

Retrieving old zoom record file

With my Monday Zoom update, every time I use Zoom now it crashes my wifi. I've done all the checks on my service and my modem. This is a Zoom issue. When you Google it...other's have had the same issue. How can I fix this????? Can't get through to hu... Show more

With my Monday Zoom update, every time I use Zoom now it crashes my wifi.  I've done all the checks on my service and my modem.  This is a Zoom issue. When you Google it...other's have had the same issue. How can I fix this?????  Can't get through to human at Zoom for help.  So frustrating.

Resolved! Cannot found the alternative hosts setting field with my Basic account

Dear All,

 

I've searching many articles and web and followed those steps, I still can't found that field to set "alternative hosts" unfortunately.  Did anyone have solution/suggestion?
