How do I combine a Virtual Zoom meeting with an in-person meeting for best results?  In the Zoom web portal I don not see Hybrid Services under Account Management/Account Settings/Meeting (advanced) as directed on Google.  If this is no longer an option what is suggested? 

I recently upgraded my zoom account to record meetings to the cloud instead of the local machine.

I tested it the day before our board meetings and the recording was in the cloud as expected. 

I had 7 Board meetings the next day (in two 2 hour sessions). I logged in from a different computer than I did the day prior (for my test). 

Nothing was recorded. What happened?

Every time that I join one of our team meetings and attempt to use Chat for the first time, I get a message indicating that I'm chatting as a guest. This is odd because my Zoom account is part of the organization. Are there any other settings/config I should check and/or ways to resolve this?
