Is there a way to control non-host ability to view or to save transcripts via the desktop interface?

I pay for Zoom Pro.  Via the web, I turned on the ability for anyone to view and save the transcripts.  But really, I would prefer to have it off by default, and only turn it on for certain meetings.

iPad Pro video, back camera magnification

I am using an iPad Pro. When I switch my video setting to the back cameras, I am not able to change to the 0.5× magnification setting. I can zoom in on something, but I cannot zoom out. I want to use the 0.5× setting to be able to show a large space.... Show more

I am using an iPad Pro. When I switch my video setting to the back cameras, I am not able to change to the 0.5× magnification setting. I can zoom in on something, but I cannot zoom out. I want to use the 0.5× setting to be able to show a large space.

 

Is there a way to get Zoom to use the back camera, 0.5× magnification setting?

 

I am using an iPad Pro (11-inch, 4th Gen), iPad OS version 17.4.1, and Zoom app version 5.17.11.

Audio Choppy on Android Phone

Just got a new Motorola Moto G Power 5G - 2023. Audio is very choppy when using Zoom. It happens with both sending and receiving audio. I've tried restarting the phone, reinstalling the Zoom app, turning off video, and clearing the cache. The network connection is good. Other devices work fine with Zoom (computers, iPhones, Samsung tablet). It's only the phone that is having this problem. Also, audio works fine with other apps. What else can be done to try and resolve this issue?

Trying to find out how to view my chat history and meetings I have attended has not been successful, apparently you can't do this on a 'free plan'. There isn't a place where I can see my mentions or chat history once it's closed?

 

It is also hard to submit a ticket with my account when it just gets closed a few minutes later for not having the correct email address when I am literally using the account I signed in with. I'm struggling with zoom honestly, any help or advice would be appreciated! Thank you!

I tried to reach technical support on live cha but was told my account did not entitle me to that. I am sure I used in the past and I do pay for my zoom account. Have things changed recently or has the AI on live chat got it wrong?

I have a personal account that I pay for and have access to my organization's Zoom account.  I sign into them with separate emails.  The organization's account seems to have taken over my personal account.  I need to have them separate.  I did have to install Microsoft 365 for my organization.  Help!
