Hey everybody,

the first time we are planning to do a digital "Cheers" with our cliens as a christmas gift.

We plan to invite 800 persons, of course it will be way less attending to that event.

But what is your experience to involve people which never used Zoom before and defnitely wont register for this "Call"?

Would be lovely to get some tips!

Isso tem acontecido nas três últimas reunioes que participei pelo zoom. Quando eu entro diz que não posso ativar a câmera por ter sido desativada pelo anfitrião, quando sinto necessidade de falar algo tento ativar o áudio e ocorre o mesmo. Nesses casos eu pedia ao anfitrião para liberar meu áudio e vídeo e ele informou nas 3 vezes que não tinha nenhum impedimento por parte dele na ativação, tentou me ajudar ativando mas mesmo assim não saia do mudo e do vídeo fechado. Me.ajudem por favor! 

i am using Zoom for my sons online classes but  of late since last 3 weeks , my Zoom connections goes off showing

error 5003 and error 104101 putting into risk my sons education.

now as of 2 days the  laptop also goes off too.            Internet is fine, but only zoom classes are  a super big problem

please assist 

I will soon be hosting a couple of club AGMs.  If necessary to control interruptions, how can I control the meeting so that (a) only one person at a time can be heard, and equally important, (b) I know wishes to speak, in time order, i.e. first to indicate (silently - presumably by hand mechanism) gets the next speaking slot?  When that person is speaking, how do I ensure that that person drops off the "request to speak?" list until the hand is raised again? 

Is there then an easy way for (probably the original speaker, e.g. the club president) to respond before the next raise hand is allowed to speak?

Am I able to share my client's screen?  I know they can share mine.

I use an external camera in my studio. I send external camera video to participant by ZOOM. Regrettable zoom video quality is too low. The reason I used external camera that I want to send clearly video to participant. How can I better video resolution on ZOOM?
