On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Zoom App Freezing

I am having an issue with the Zoom App freezing and not responding.  This happens when I am not host, as well as if I have co-host.  No screen or video calls are happening, its just while sitting in a meeting room.  I work from home and must be on Zoom my entire 8 hour shift.  My zoom app freezes at least 10 times per shift.  I have no issues when I run Zoom through my browser.  I have 1000mb/s speed tested internet speeds with no packet loss and low ping.  I am connected to internet VIA ethernet and not using WiFi.  Zoom is added as an exception to my anti-virus.  Camera drivers and the Zoom App are both up to date.  No other programs are using my camera.  Any ideas what might be causing this?
