Vote now I purchased Zoom Phone the basic package ($15). I got a number and I went through the setup. When I try to dial a number it tells me it is not in the plan. The number is in the US. What is it missing. Also it assigned an extension number that I don't want. How do I get rid of it?

I am running free Zoom plan in Windows 11. Once I launch the zoom I have had many issues in accessing many functions which include but not limited to docs, scheduler, whiteboard etc. The error message is "You have run into an error we're trying to identify. Please submit a report to help us fix it.". Only the Whiteboard has another error message "Unable to load this whiteboard. Error code: 300001" I have install and reinstall multiple times to no avail. I have had no issue attending a Zoom meeting but when someone shares the whiteboard I'm unable to see it but only the error message.

Apparently I can't get a live person to help. My personal and work meetings SAVED are now missing and I NEED HELP. Does anyone have any suggestions to get help? Those videos include my father, who has passed away and I MUST get them back!!!
i keep getting webinar registration emails that i never opted in for. How do you stop people from registering you for webinars you didn't sign up for?
I have "Always show captions" enabled because I have some auditory processing issues. However, every time I join a meeting, the annoying "A participant has enabled closed captioning" notice floats at the top of my screen and stays there until I close it. Is there any way to disable this notification? I know a participant has enabled closed captioning, it's me. I really don't need to be informed of this every single time. If there isn't a setting for this, can we get one please? Or even make it a sub-setting under "Always show captions", like "Hide caption notification". If someone has "Always show captions" enabled, it seems really pointless to tell them it's been enabled every single time; I'd think the only time we'd want a notification would usually be if captions couldn't be enabled for some reason.

I have been using Zoom for some time and today I was finally told that my Zoom background image is backwards. Which means it has always been backwards. I don't understand how it is backwards because my video preview is correct, but the others have an opposite view of my background. It means there is an issue with what I see and what others see is not the same, which means the preview is not true. My method is to flip all my background images in Photoshop because a normal view of my background image is flipped backwards in my video. So i thought i fix the problem but actually was creating the problem due to video preview is not a true preview of what others see. Did anyone else learn this oddness? I hope the preview can be fixed.

I've been able to build my flow with a HttpCall widget to hit a webhook. I've verified the CallerID is passing successfully to my webhook and my webhook is responding with the following: What I'm currently stuck on is how to get the Support_Level value mapped to my global variable global_custom.Support.Support Level to be used in a Condition widget.{ "Data" : "{"Support_Level":"Priority"}"}

A question from a new user.
I have set up weekly team meetings. Is it possible for meeting participants to help create a new agenda ahead of each meeting within Zoom, or do we have to do this externally?

The zoom whiteboard feature freezes while drawing repeatedly every minute or so. This occurs on two separate devices and happens due to the Zoom whiteboards feature freezing. I am on Zoom version 6.4.1. I am an educator who teaches remotely so I would appreciate a solution. it can be unfrozen by minimizing the app but this workaround is not feasible to do constantly.

Hi, Is there a Zoom official site where I can download some old versions of Zoom. I want to test the deployment of Zoom Cleaner on some old versions to make sure that it is cleaning everything either in the program files folder or the user profile. Thanks
