Zoom Whiteboard keeps freezing on multiple devices

The zoom whiteboard feature freezes while drawing repeatedly every minute or so. This occurs on two separate devices and happens due to the Zoom whiteboards feature freezing. I am on Zoom version 6.4.1. I am an educator who teaches remotely so I would appreciate a solution. 

it can be unfrozen by minimizing the app but this workaround is not feasible to do constantly.

hi @eesenwa Sorry for the late reply. Could you help provide more details? Or does the whiteboard freeze simply when you use the pen tool to draw?
