I am setting up a virtual receptionist station; four users are assigned to receive the call. It always goes to the user whose last name starts with B, and if they decline it, the call ends. Is there a timeout period on when it would go on to the next person? If the first person declines it, why doesn't it move on to the following user? I would like to avoid having an individual button for each person.

My requirement is to pull webinar data from zoom for couple of user accounts. Currently our zoom admit created the app and shared us the client id and secret key with that I'm able to generate a access token but when I try accessing webinar api with previously generated access token I'm response getting 'Code - 1001, Message - User does not exist'. Our admin is saying he has given all the permission and the user I'm trying is also exist in the system but I'm not able get the api response. Kindly guide me here.

I created a recurring meeting over a year ago. It no longer appears in my Meetings list, but it is still active, as I and other members of our group use it every week. I would like to edit the configuration of that meeting, but I do not see any mechanism for doing so during the meeting (when I am host), and I do not see any mechanism for accessing the meeting from the webapp homepage. Creating a new meeting and ensuring the new meeting id and passcode get to all the members, especially those who have not attended in a while, would likely be very disruptive. Is there any way to access the meeting? A similar question was asked by @AASaharaClub but not effectively answered in this post: https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Meetings/My-list-of-meetings-does-not-include-one-recurring-meeting/m-p/201824

Which kind of account i need in order to open 2 large different meetings in the same time, and also to be able to record on the cloud each of them. Today i can open only one large meeting .
I can't see part of the admin console because there is a pop-up I can't remove relating to Otter and Zoom. Add AI Notetaker The options given by the chatbot don't work and I know there are buttons/menu selections behind this and I can't access them. Regards
How do I get rid of this?

Equipamentos: Como devo prosseguir? Aguardo a sua resposta e agradeço desde já.

When I return to a meeting on Zoom app calendar, I have the option to 'summarise the meeting' and ask 'what was discussed in the meeting' etc via the AI companion. But sometimes it says I do not have permission.
"Sorry, I cannot answer your question because you don't have the permission to access either the meeting transcript or the meeting summary."
It works on some meetings, and I am an admin and I have looked at all the permissions and cannot see anything obvious.
Any ideas?

The Auto-Generated Closed captions are a very useful tool on meetings, and I know that we have the ability to save the transcripts. I would like to see an option to automatically save the transcript of meetings, differentiated based on whether I am a participant or host. Or at least a prompt. As it currently stands if I forget to save the transcript before I leave a meeting there is no way to recover it. Tyler

I'm running Windows 11 (Version 24HR (OS Build 26100.3476)) and my browser is Firefox (136.0.1 (64-bit)). I have a healthcare provider that uses an online portal (https://www.athenahealth.com/patient-login) for virtual appointments. When I attempt to join the appointments it opens Zoom in a browser window, even though I have the Zoom Workplace (Version: 6.3.11 (60501)) desktop app installed on my PC. When I try to turn on the camera it says, you must grant permission in your browser settings and offers this link for more info (https://zoom.us/wc/support/mic) - note the microphone works just fine, it is only the camera that won't work. Following the instruction at that link, I click the lock icon in the address bar of the browser window in which the telehealth appointment is open and click the ">" caret next to the words "Connection Secure", then "More Information", and "Permissions". From there I scroll down to "Use the Camera" and de-select "Use Default" and click the radio button next to "Allow", then close the tab, but the camera still won't turn on. I then closed the browser, re-opened, navigated back to the telehealth portal and tried again, but still camera won't work and only gives the same link (https://zoom.us/wc/support/mic). Looking at at the browser settings - camera permissions I see one website set to "Allow" (https://telehealth.px.athena.io), and this is the address from the telehealth portal), and no other websites listed. There is a checkbox at the bottom to "block new requests asking to access your camera, but that is unchecked. Everything I can see in the browser seems to be set with the correct permissions, but still the camera won't work in this Zoom browser portal. I have used this PC with the Zoom Workspace app and the camera works fine. I have used this PC and browser with both Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, and in both cases the camera works just fine. I have an older Windows 10 device, using the same version of Firefox, with the same browser settings - camera permissions set to allow for the same website, and the camera works just fine. Any advice as to what's wrong?

I reached out to support but the confirmed this is not possible currently. We answer phones on a physical phone, but to help assist the staff answering the phone we were hoping the use the call summary and live transcription features in the app. It is not currently possible if the app is paired to the phone and the phone answers to the call to get those features.
