I'm a new user of Zoom Phone, trialing it before deciding whether to turn it on enterprise-wide.  In my test I'm seeing outgoing calls marked as "spam risk" on an AT&T iphone.  The number may be similarly marked on other platforms/carriers; I don't have access to those to test.

 

The only suggestion I've seen in the knowledge base is that I should go to a bunch of services and try to get the number whitelisted.  That seems unreasonable -- this is a number that zoom gave me; surely it should give me a clean number?  I don't think I should have to to try to whitelist it, and I certainly don't want to do that for every individual number in my enterprise. 

 

I've had a case open with support for a couple of days with no update.

 

Any idea?  Thanks!

Turn off automated recording on calls

Somehow a recording started playing on my calls that says the call is being monitored. I did not touch any of the settings, so I don’t know why this is happening. How do I turn this off?

Zoom pro plus account

Hello,

Currently, i have a zoom pro account at our workspace, But one of the users want to use zoom pro plus, when i try to upgrade, its upgrading everyone. Is there any way i can do it only for one user?

iPhone call history - make outgoing call without zoom phone

I want to be able to return a missed zoom phone call using my iPhone sim phone number, but the iPhone call history does not give me the option of calling on my normal number (ie. if I click the number on call history it wants to dial using zoom app and does not give me alternative options). 


I’m a real estate agent and receive about 50 incoming calls a day. I signed up for zoom phone so I can selectively forward calls to my staff if I’m busy rather than miss call after call. Zoom issued me a phone number, so I am using call forward in my iPhone settings to direct incoming calls to the Zoom phone number. 

 

The phone number zoom provided me is an odd number combination for my geographic location so my customers are choosing to not answer my calls if I call them from zoom (they don’t know that number as it is not the number they dialed). Reading the APAC porting rules it appears I cannot port my mobile number to zoom. 

Can you pls advise the quickest way of returning a missed zoom call from my iPhone so the outgoing call is from the mobile number associated with my SIM card?

 


This issue has caused me to stop using zoom after only a few hours - frustrating given I bought multiple licences for staff to try to reduce the stress from the amount of phone calls I’m getting and improve customer service.

How might one fix the issue of zoom provisioning every day, which removes the other SIP accounts I've added to my T46s Yealink Phone? They aren't Zoom accounts they are PBX accounts, etc.

 

Is there a way to tell Zoom not to remove the account settings on my IP phone?

 

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I've just started using Zoom Phone as part of a trial before the rest of our company moves over. I've been able to sync my iPhone contacts within the Zoom iOS app and they show under "Phone Contacts" in that app, but the desktop app doesn't seem to sync with the phone app.

 

Is there any setting or integration I'm missing? This seems utterly basic so I'd be shocked if phone contact sync to the desktop app is not supported.

I recently ported a number from ATT to Zoom. After using Zoom we found we do not like it. I need to port my number back to my carrier because it is our business number and I have to keep it the same. Absolutely no one will talk to me on the phone because I don't pay for a live agent with my plan???????? Which is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. I had several more things to troubleshoot with them after submitting a ticket and I have yet to get a call from anyone. So if anyone can tell me if it is possible to port my same number back to ATT and how to start this process. TIA

I'd like to sync those contacts to Zoom, and setup separate call queues based upon whether or not the caller is a known contact (i.e., the caller ID appears in our system) or the contact is unknown (i.e., isn't in the system).

 

I realize this may be a custom integration, but is this technically possible?

Is there any Zoom plan that allows one user to schedule multiple meetings at the same? 

I work with recruiting and we constantly have more than two Zoom meetings set up, we have an enterprise account and yet Zoom always asks to end one meeting. The current cap is 2.

Is there any upgrade to the plan that would allow multiple meetings at the same time? 

It's been a hastle for us and we're inclined to use rival platforms due to this limitation.
