Just setting our Zoom phone system up, have connected Hubspot and Zoom using the integrations... however there's no contacts being synced to either the desktop or mobile apps (without this it would be pretty pointless). Any ideas what I've missed or what might be broken? I'm the admin on both accounts

Hi there, We got several Auto-Reception set up , and some are considered as more "critical" One of them will (depending on IVR choice) redirect to a person in charge of taking emergency call. As this person change from weeks , we got to manually change the N° every week. As well, we would like to be sure that no know forgot to redirect correctly (One time we had a person in support team that just added a space before the number...so nothing would never work) We are currently setting up a "control" automatic call once a week, to ensure that everything is setup correctly. But I can't test it through the IVR choice. Like... if my Auto Recep n° is 064101010 , is there a way to directly compose a number that would reach the correct IVR choice? Like... 064101010#2 ? Thanks for your help Ho...and if you have a different IDea on how to manage this problem (whole thing...) let me know, I love to hear and learn 🙂 Regards

Zoom Phone includes a Call Screening feature. (Phone/Settings/Other) I like the feature, but I would prefer to customize the message. (the default is "Hello. This user's calls are being screened. Please press 1 to reach the user.") Zoom phone provides ways to customize all the other possible messages you might want, but I can't find any setting to edit this message. How can this message be changed?

I am a super Admin for the account and we have a sites using Zoom Phone with two Poly Edge e350 desktop phones. The users at the site have reported that when these devices are on an active call, there is no external audible ring to indicate a second incoming call. Other than the beep that is heard in the handset only, which is not sufficient to alert nearby team members.
Our goal is to configure the devices so that a second incoming call triggers an audible ring from the phone’s speaker, ideally at a volume loud enough for another team member to hear and respond by picking up a different phone in the area.
Does anyone know if there’s a configuration or solution that would make this possible? If so, could you please share what steps would be needed to implement it?

Needing to change 40 Auto Receptionists and have already created and tested the template. When I try to apply the template, the checkbox is greyed out at Auto Receptionist. These are all (Main Auto Receptionist) for the sites. I am the phone admin. Also tried with account owner login. Is there setting I need to change or go about this a different way?

I bought a 20 USD package which includes unlimited calls to any region but I am only able to call the USA and I needed this for calling UK numbers but the system doesn't let me call them
What should I do
Has anyone found a way to customize reports for Zoom Phone? Such as the User performance report under analytics & reports. The usage report does go down to 1 call for the time range set, we are looking for users that may have 0 calls during the time period set as well.

I really like the convenience of texting from the Zoom phone app on either the desktop or cell phone app. However, I cannot find a way to cleanly export SMS messages other than doing screenshots with third-party apps. It does not appear from other threads that anyone has found a work around for this issue, but I wanted to tap the knowledge base of the audience to see whether anyone has solved this issue. Likewise -- IF ANY DEVELOPMENT GURUS ARE FOLLOWING THE THREAD, please incorporate a feature to export SMS messages and their contents (i.e. attachments) into the next major software upgrade for Zoom!
