Dear All,
Let is me ask how are zoomphone supports H2/H2P DeskPhones from

I am the only user of my new Zoom phone subscription. My single main company phone number is asking for the extension and I do not want that.
For direct dial, do I have to assign a second phone number to me, the only user and admin?
Hi all, I have a small challenge. We have a collaboration partner who is going to move into our space at one of our offices. Per the contract we are to provide them with phone service. Seems straight forward right? Well I can't give them a phone account unless I set them up with at least a Zoom Meeting license as part of our Zoom domain. I invited them to join our Zoom using a Basic account. I then learned they already have Zoom meetings. Zoom meetings are part of their domain. My question is this: is there a way for me, using my companies Zoom domain, to create individual Zoom Phone instances with lines and associate this with their existing Zoom Meeting licenses? Your help is greatly appreciate. Mike

Hello, We have replaced our Cisco Deskphone by Zoom phone. With the old system, I could configure that : From Monday to Saturday, From 07:00am to 19:00, all incoming calls are forwarded to my mobile phone. Out of these time frames, the incoming calls are just going to the Cisco answering machine and I received a mail with the voice message. How can I configure this functionality with Zoom phone ? I did some searches, read a lot of documentation but couldn't find anything related to that. Thanks and regards.

I noticed a new option for the Greetings & Leave voicemail instruction allowing to edit an existing greeting. But when I click to edit an existing text to speech greeting the "upload" option is showing instead of the text-to-speech window. How do you change an existing greeting?

Does anyone know how to mute the dial pad sounds when dialing a number? They are extremely loud and annoying.
Hello,
Today I read a deployment guide for ZPLS. It does not yet explain for SBC connection though, is an SSL certificate required in near the future? Or is it not required if SBC and the ZPLS sit the same local network?
Best regards,
Anyone know who the main backbone providers are for Zoom? We continue to ask Support, and they ignore the question. We have a SMS integration issue, and want to get the providers on both sides of the issue together. This has been hampering a new product test for the last three weeks or so.

Can Zoom Phone solution connect to a Avaya IP Office. Has anyone done this in the past?
How do I add a phone number that calls or texts me withOUT having Cloud Contacts? It seems the entire system to call or text going out from Zoom requires a complete synch of every single one of my contacts. With all the hacking going on I am. not comfortable synching all of my personal cellphone contacts with the business phone app through Zoom. I have already uploaded my personal contacts but if a new person calls or texts I cannot add them ... I guess I would have to put them into a CSV file and then upload but that seems like lots of work. Could Zoom make an option that doesn't always require synching contacts? Seems like bullying me to to require the synch.
