Removing Ext. Number

Hi naturalkids24,

You have probably assigned your zoom phone number as your main company number.  This number is probably assigned to your auto receptionist.  You can change the auto receptionist routing of incoming calls to ring your extension, to ring a group of users (call queue) or some other options.  Since you are the administrator, sign in to zoom web portal.  The quick fix is:  goto Admin, phone system management, auto receptionists and edit (change) the route to option to route to user and select your extension name or number.  Please see screen shot below:

There are many things you can do with auto receptions including having (1) a greeting for normal business hours and route to a user’s extension and (2) a greeting for outside of business hours and route to voice mail, etc.
