I am trying to find a way to forward calls to voicemails when I need to step away from my desk for a few minutes. I haven't been able to find a way to do this outside of scheduling out of office hours and lunch break times. I am looking for something thats more Ad-hoc. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

We are using the zoom phone solution with 4 users and have the queue in sequential mode.

I would like to have it setup that when user one is not available, user 2 will immediately gets the call.


The problem we experience now is, the ring rotation is set to 10 sec, but often I'm not quick enough to pick up the call and so it goes to my colleague. Now I can set it to 15 sec, but we found oud that if my phone is off, the caller still needs to wait for 15 sec. So that is no option.


There is an option "Skip offline devices and phone numbers when ringing" but the disadvantage is that when it is enabled, users with their phone screen locked are skipped. I have not tested it yet, but this sounds like a useless option, because most of the time a screen of a mobile phone is locked.  Why it that?

 

And I'm missing a "make unavailable" option in the zoom mobile app. I can only logout, but that is not so handy, then I need to logon with username/password and mfa. I just like to have the option to quickly make myself available/unavailable.

Incoming native dialer mutes zoom phone call

Hi, When on a zoom phone call (not video, but licensed phone solution), the sound is muted during the ringing of an incoming native dialer call. With Mitel solution, the native dialer was disabled during a zoom call. Can this feature be added? Thanks... Show more

Sync Desktop and Mobile Apps

When I receive voicemails, and delete them in my desktop app, they do not get deleted in my mobile app (I have not tried this the other way).  All other features between the desktop and mobile appear to be working (i.e. chats, phone history, etc.) with this one exception.  Is there a way to sync the voicemails so that one app knows when the voicemail has been deleted through the other app?

 

I spoke to Zoom Tech and they have told me the check our network/firewall settings.  Our IT Department has done that and everything looks fine on their end, but we are still having this issue.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated with this.

Is anyone having trouble contacting support via the phone number?? I just tried calling. We are a healthcare business account and have the ability to talk to technical support. However, today, I'm getting a recording that says, "our records indicate your account is registered through a Zoom partner, contact them for support" then hangs up. We are contracted directly through Zoom.
