Change of Phone Numbers

Hi everyone, please help me i wanna change my existing number, i have already taken three number plan for USA and Canada, but now due to some reasons I wanna switch to other numbers,

All of a sudden we are not receiving phone calls for our business. When we call out it says "Sorry, we are unable to complete your call at this time." I have Poly phones and tried on Zoom app as well. It has been working fine for months and all day today until now.

Resolved! Firmware issue with Audiocodes 445HD

I was attempting to provision a new phone I got today after successfully provisioning other types of audiocodes phones and I ran into an issue with the firmware (3.4.8.198.9) I was pointed to in this list:

After updating the phone through its web portal with this firmware I was unable to get into the admin area to do a factory reset. The phone says the password is wrong but I know that audiocodes have their default admin password set to 1234 and I haven't changed this. Additionally the IP address no longer loads the web portal since updating the firmware so I'm unable to make any changes there. 

 

Audiocodes have a way to reset the hardware by pressing ok and menu at the same time while unplugging and plugging in the device but this has also made no change to the issues I'm having. 

 

If someone could manage to help I'd be very grateful!

Hello all,

 

I am attempting to create a report that shows all users' total phone call time, as well as their license, to determine if a user's current license is not a good fit for them. For example, a user with a 'Metered' license having 2500 minutes called would be better off on an 'Unlimited' license (and vice versa).

 

I don't believe such a report exists; but if such a report (or combination of reports) does exist, it would simplify this process significantly. The 'phone system usage by users' report yields the total call time, but does not contain the users' licenses. I am unsure if the desired report would require use of the API, which I am inexperienced with.

 

Any insight would be greatly appreciated -- thanks for reading!

Hi Team, 

we have installed a poly phone (Poly vvx501) with multiple lines configured on it , now i need to do Call Forwarding for each line direct  number of desk phone for busy and unanswered calls.

Can i do Call Forwarding for each line direct number on desk phone ??. 

Scenario :- 

Desk phone installed with 3 lines to it. 

line 1st having direct number assign 1234 and need to forward to 1111 for busy and unanswered. 

on same desk phone for line 2nd having another direct number 5678 and need to forward to 2222 for busy and unanswered.

and on same desk phone 3rd line 90909 direct number to 33333 for busy and unanswered. 

can i configure the above scenario in zoom and do call forwarding??.

Muliselect sms text

Does anyone know if there is a way to multi select sms text. I see how to delete them one at a time but not how to multi select and then delete. Unfortunately i get a lot fo spam and junk texts and deleting them one at a time is too slow.

Group Page/Intercom

Is anyone aware of a way to do group paging/intercom to users with only the soft phone?

 

I know it's possible to do at the phone level for those who have a desk phone. But what about those without a desk phone...
