I was able to set up my cell phone with a SMS verification number but how do you get SMS on a laptop?

Parked Calls on Zoom App Visable to all

It would be nice if the Zoom App was able to see "parked calls" and also give the user ability to pick up the parked call. Whether you are working at home or in the office.For example, if someone received a call in the office and parked it on Park 1 ... Show more

It would be nice if the Zoom App was able to see "parked calls" and also give the user ability to pick up the parked call. Whether you are working at home or in the office.

For example, if someone received a call in the office and parked it on Park 1 spot on the Yealink phone and messaged someone else working from home that Santa's parked on one to speak to you. Then the person working from home can see the Parked 1 call on the Zoom app and pick up the call.

This would be in lieu of having to dial the 801 extension.
Hopefully this can get implemented!

I received an email from Zoom speaking about Brand and Campaigns for Canadian SMS.  

 

I have been using Zoom as a secondary business number on my cell phone.

 

I want new customers to be able to text me.  Will I still be able to do this with my business and customers?  Point 3 saying a max of 49 numbers are allowed per campaign is the confusing part to me.  Does that mean I can only text out or have numbers text into my Zoom business number if I have previously added them to a campaign list?  I hope it means, that I add my Zoom Business numbers to the list, so if I had a few business numbers, I could add them all to the list, and then text like normal in and out, to new customers.   Can someone clarify?

Poly CCX 700 Logs out Zoom User after Reboot

I have been able to successfully register and activate Zoom on the Poly CCX 700, with full functionality.  The issue is, if the phone reboots from power-loss or update, the device will not reload/relog-in the user automatically. I have to "re-pair" the user.

 

Anyone know of a way to "save-state" or user into the loading config?

When someone registers the UX is poor. It shows what looks like the registration page again with a small "Webinar Registration Approved" at the top in the same place as the previous title, then it shows the whole description again, and then the user has to scroll down to see the time and the webinar URL.
Is there any way of changing this so it is much more obvious that registration was successful and the FIRST thing the user sees is the URL and time, and how to add that to their calendar? Even just not showing the description would help, but this page needs to be redesigned. It's UX from the early days of the web

For some reason many of my regular Zoom phone calls cut out at random times, however, all of my Zoom video calls are perfect.  Some of my Zoom video calls last for several hour and there is never an interruption.

 

Does anyone else ever experience this issue with audio only calls?

Resolved! wrong asset plays in AR/IVR after playing the correct one

I'm trying to update the message that is provided after selecting an IVR option. I created a new asset and assigned it to the AR associated with the IVR option. When I call the line and navigate to the prompt, it plays the correct asset, but then also plays the original asset that was previously assigned on the second playthrough (or perhaps a continuation of the first playthrough). 

 

The original/previous asset was assigned by a different admin user - is this why I may not see it associated with this AR? Is it a bug that the AR is cycling through multiple assets?

I jus signed up to try zoom to see if it's any better than Vonage.  Oh my, the setup is way more complex than it needs to be.  Ok I made my first call using zoom app on my iPHone, after 18 min call dropped. Now can't make any calls, "call failed" and once I did see "account inactive code 1301403".  Support person didn't have too much of a clue, I told her of the issues I had with initial setup with assigning a package, and generating a number, etc etc.. and she asked me to re-assign the packages to the user account, then I couldn't add the number back after I un-binded it.  I was able to figure out on my own I had to remove it from being some company number of something.. this thing is like a whole PBX setup.. crazy for an end user VOIP system.  Anyway, after re-assigning packages, reinstalling iPhone zoom app etc etc,  still doesn't work same error.  Support escalated my case waiting for response, but thought I would come here for any suggestions.

I have several Yealink t33g phones that have the same problem: They're on my network on the right VLAN (get the appropriate IP address and can hit the internet) but are not talking to Zoom to get any information)

 

I already confirmed that the phones are assigned to a user/common area extension but nothing is working.
