Phone sign in

I cannot sign in to zoom phone on 2 mobile phones using same email, why? but i can sign in on several laptop with thesame accout

Don't you mean the opposite? I can sign into multiple mobile devices but only one "computer" simultaneously....

In Summary,  You can be signed in to Zoom on one computer, one tablet, and one phone at a time. If you sign into an additional device while logged into another device of the same type, you will be logged out automatically on the first device.  Hope that helps
