softclient: assistant being heard while putting people into audio conference.

have an end user reporting when going into audio conference, caller on phone can hear the assistant. hitting mute, then unmute sometimes works.  

 

anybody had this complaint before? Sorry that is all the detail I have for now.

Hi The question is not very clear. Just check that Barge Monitor Whisper is not enabled on the number in question. Please share more details as it becomes available
