Can't Find option to start brand campaign for SMS

Hi there,

I can't find the "SMS Campaigns" button under the "Advanced" setting as the zoom admin.

See screenshot.

Does anyone know if that means our business is not required to register? I wouldn't imagine so but just wondering.

Hi @jason10 

 

That's odd. For us, it appears just below "Integration" (see attached). Good try! Hahaha. We're all required to register for the 10DLC stuff. Do you have SMS set up and in use on your account already? I would contact Zoom Support directly at https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new.

The person listed at the account owner has to enable the option for an administrator to do this.  This article tells you how to do this.
