Disaster Recovery Plan
Does Zoom have a disaster recovery plan if they go down? With our previous carrier, if their servers or system went down all of our incoming calls were routed to one mobile phone. Is this possible with zoom as well and how do I go about setting this up?

Resolved! Compliance Admins can't see SMS content
I'm looking for a role that will enable members to view SMS content of messages in their targets. The only role I found able to view content is super admin and above.
For example, I assigned users to Compliance Admin, which says it includes the ability to "view the content of message" as well as SMS logs. But they are only able to see the logs, not the message content. They can view only the message content of their own personal messages.
Is there a way to grant a user access to SMS message content of a target and not just the logs?

Contacts added via Zoom address book not reflecting in my Zoom text messages
I've manually added contacts to my Zoom address book, but when I go back to my Zoom text messages, the contacts I added directly into my address book don't reflect for each respected message. I hope this makes sense.
Zoom phone still rings with MacOS Do Not Disturb on
Hello, I am using the new Focus mode on the newest MacOS operating system and noticed Zoom Phone still rings even though I have blocked all app notifications when I have Do Not Disturb turned on. Any suggestions or ideas of why Zoom Phone is still ringing with this turned on? Thank you,

I need to set up my system with a message for the incoming caller (insurance disclaimer, in my case). In the event I don't answer, this is to be followed by instructions to leave a message. Have tried Auto Receptionist and Call Queues setups, but this is still not working. Can anyone help out?

New Teams and Zoom Phone App (Windows 11)
We recently began using the "New Teams" on Windows 11. Since updating to the New Teams, if we are on an internal call using Teams, and a we receive a call on Zoom Phone, the Teams call immediately hangs up and the Zoom call is automatically answered. This didn't happen on using the prior version of Teams. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there some integration issue with Zoom and the New Teams? We are all on Zoom version 5.16.22807.

Bluetooth earphones cannot be used when using the ZOOM application on Samsung Galaxy z Flip 4 When using the ZOOM application on the Samsung Galaxy z Flip 4, if you connect Bluetooth to Bluetooth earphones or car speakers, you can't connect Bluetooth to Bluetooth earphones or cars, and you can only hear sound through the speakers of the mobile phone itself.

Resolved! Phone Client Down After Update 5.17.2 (29988)
Our entire company's phone system has gone down after the update they just sent out. There is no phone support no technical support at all beyond an AI chat bot that is beyond useless. We are looking for a new company. Having no technical support is absolutely crazy. What do you do when your phone just stops working? I've restarted the computer, uninstalled the app, restarted again, reinstalled... still no phone. We pay the bill but aren't getting the service and with no technical support I have to assume they're not interested in fixing it.
