Receiving SMS Messages to Call Queue

We are B2B and have no plans to perform SMS campaigns to consumers. I would like there to be 1 number that clients can send text messages to and that all users can review/see the text messages directed to that one number.  I have SMS enabled for the Call Queue and all users are set up as members.  Please let me know the tricks of the trade.

To set up a single number for clients to send text messages to and allow all users to review and respond to those messages, follow these steps:

  1. Get a dedicated phone number for business communication.
  2. Enable SMS for the Call Queue feature.
  3. Add users as members of the Call Queue.
  4. Configure notifications for incoming messages.
  5. Establish communication protocols for handling and responding to messages.
  6. Regularly review and collaborate on messages.

By following these steps, you can streamline communication with clients and ensure all users can access and respond to incoming text messages.
