my teammate cant join the audio by computer. anyone know how to solve? he cant tick the checkbox in setting for this.

I am using Mac from Asia and using a US number registered with Zoom. I can use the phone number to call the US. When I called this number, it led me to a voicemail as intended and I left a voice mail but Zoom didn't seem to receive this voice mail and no notification and no recording a Zoom admin could track. It just seems not functioning at all. I tried few times already. Thanks for your help.

I have just subscribe to Zoom Phone US & Canada unlimited plan and i want to assign number to myself but phone system management is not working or i cannot access that. When i click on it then it starts loading but nothing appears afterwards. Is there any problem with the rights to access that or it is any bug? Thanks

We have Call Queues set up for Urgent issues, and it would be very helpful to be able to configure a ringtone other than the default meeting tone. We have a Business Plus license.
I noticed this may be possible with DID #'s but that is not an option for our team.

What I am hoping to do is find a way to view or export a list of all the Zoom phone users and how much they have used the phone in total minutes. I have exported phone usage data but it does not list totals per user and I think users that have not used the phone at all don't show up. We have employees who are probably not using Zoom phone because they are not aware they have it and we have other employees who have requested a phone but who probably no longer need it. We need a good way to audit this info. Thanks!

Is there a way or is it on the roadmap to customize call reports to exclude calls less than 5 seconds, so they are excluded from abandon call reports? Would also like a recoverable abandon call report. Abandoned calls greater than 5 seconds that presented a caller ID.

Needing a screen for a receptionist-type user to be able to see most of their zoom phone users on one screen and be able to drag and drop calls, etc. Being able to customize this list would be even better (HR Department, Finance Department, IT Department, etc.) Starred contacts, and navigating to Contacts > Company Contacts just isn't a good, fast enough, or customizable option for these type of users. We are seeing this HUD or Attendant Console feature on most other phone systems.

has anyone setup a call que /group line to have an on-call person during off hours? If so how did you setup up? So far i can't see an easy path to setup this up for one of my teams.

Comment proposer des numéros de téléphone pour ces utilisateurs ? Les paramètres de mon compte ne permettent pas d'accéder à d'autres pays que "Allemagne". Merci
