I'd like to make it so that I can send a web link to anyone - or have a shortcut on a web page, that allows a web user to simply click and have it call my Zoom Phone via the web - having installed no apps.

  1. Where can I locate the transcriptions for Zoom Phone call recordings in the portal?
  2. Are there any specific settings or permissions required to enable and view these transcriptions?

Phone numbers in Australia - Ownership

Hi


I am based in Australia and interested in the Zoom phone plans.

 

I understand Zoom will own the phone numbers but is ownership of the phone number transferrable if I decide to leave the Zoom plan?

When pressing a number to dial on salesforce, the zoom phone popup on the bottom left on the screen always opens, when I already have the zoom app open and are using this as my workflow instead. I'd like for the salesforce popup not to pop up every time I dial as it covers vital information on my salesforce contact/account.

 

Using a MacAir / Zoom Workplace most recent update Version: 6.2.6 (41824)

calls not coming in to my computer

We have a user who answers calls for her own extension and a call queue. She has her desktop app and a Poly E550 phone. When she deletes the voicemail using the portal, it remains on the phone. We have deleted all of her messages using the portal, but the phone screen still shows 189 messages, and she can still listen to them.

I'm new to Zoom.  The system assigned me an extension number which I do not need as I am a small business owner and I am the only one that will be using the telephone number.  I want people to be able to call me directly on the number assigned without them having to enter an extension number.  How do I fix this?  I've looked at other posts but was unable to get it working properly.  Thank you!

Call Failed

Recently, my zoom phone will not make outbound calls. I keep getting 'call failed' in red letters when I dial out. I am calling from my desktop.

New user is not getting zoom phone activation invitation

We are trying to set up a new user.  The invitation to activate their account is being sent to their email but they are not receiving it.  It is not going to spam folder.  We have tried sending it several times to no avail.

Phone: "Greeting & Leave Voicemail Instruction" keeps playing a DELETED audio instead of new one

I had a few possible audios recorded and they seemed to be ok. And then I tried the default. Nope. I'll use one of my own.So I deleted the existing audios I'd done -- nothing at all showing on that screen. And then I recorded a new one. It plays back... Show more

I had a few possible audios recorded and they seemed to be ok. And then I tried the default. Nope. I'll use one of my own.

So I deleted the existing audios I'd done -- nothing at all showing on that screen. And then I recorded a new one. It plays back just fine there on the Settings page. And it's the ONLY recording showing on that page that shows the audios you've recorded.

But when I call the phone number, the OLD and deleted audio keeps playing. And worse, immediately after the deleted one plays, the default (and very loud) "We are sorry ..." message plays, too.

How on earth can I fix this? Thanks for any help.
