Call Queue - Show selected option

Hi, 

Is there a wayfor to show which option the caller has selected when a call comes in?

hi lukasz2p,

 

some desk phones such as poly vvx 450 will show what call queue was selected on the auto receptionist interactive voice response (IVR).  in the screen shot below, the "calling for A R Invalid" identifies a call queue named A R Invalid.  if you looked at the IVR, you would see that this call queue was setup as option 1 on the IVR.
