Call Control not activaing on the Zoom app Settings -> Phone -> Call Control

I have turned on Call Control on the Zoom Portal, but the phone (Poly Edge E320) doesn't seem to work.  I clicked on the Zoom app, went to the settings - Phone and Call Control, and clicked on the Poly Edge E20, but it timed out.  Has anyone run into this issue?

There was a pop-up on the phone to allow the Call control.

hi brlicon27,

 

a few things to check:

1.  under phone system management->phones & devces, what is your e320 status, last provision date and firmware?

2.  under phone system management->users & rooms->users->user settings, does call handling show your e320 as one of your devices and what is call handling ring mode?
