Zoom Phone Appliances incoming call notification is too small now since 5.16

Hi, ever since our Zoom Phone Appliances got updated to 5.16.0 the incoming call notification is now a small popup, instead of displaying in full screen like it used to.

Current notification.

 

Especially in the second photo (a Poly CXX 400) details are missing from call, like actual caller ID number (something we like to see a lot)

Does anyone know how to get it back to the old full screen notification?
