I'm trying to change the ring time for our zoom phones/polycom phones.  We were in a meeting the other day and did not answer the phone. The phone rang about 10 times and then went to the voicemail option.   Can we change the ring time to be 5-6 rings?

Phone calls drop/cuts out

Is anyone else experiencing inbound or outbound calls that when you are on the phone that the call drops or the audio of the calls cut out where you can hear the other person but they can't hear you or vice versa? Wondering if this is a windows 11 is... Show more

Is anyone else experiencing inbound or outbound calls that when you are on the phone that the call drops or the audio of the calls cut out where you can hear the other person but they can't hear you or vice versa? Wondering if this is a windows 11 issue? Also wanting to know how to resolve this issue. I end up having to hang up and call the person back so they can hear me. I have to do it 3-4 times since it will cut out.

I have ordered a zoom phone, and ported my number from goole voice. When I set it up originally, I had set it up as an administrator account, not a direct account. I was never able to add sms. I unbundled the phone number and now have no working phon... Show more

I have ordered a zoom phone, and ported my number from goole voice.  When I set it up originally, I had set it up as an administrator account, not a direct account.  I was never able to add sms.  I unbundled the phone number and now have no working phone, no sms and no clear way to add it back in.  I am hoping someone can advise me as the self help options have no

I have a Yealink T33G that I'd like to automatically configure to listen for multicast traffic sent from our informacast server.

 

I've found instructions for manually configuring this via the phones web interface.  But I cannot find any info on getting this config to the phone via its Provisioning Template from with Zoom.  Can someone point me in the right direction?

Resolved! iPhone Zoom Phone app not ringing

We have a single Admin team call queue that answers our only Auto Receptionist. They each work 2 or 3 days per week and enable/disable answering queue calls among themselves. Sometimes only 1 team member is on the queue, sometimes 2. If they are only... Show more

We have a single Admin team call queue that answers our only Auto Receptionist. They each work 2 or 3 days per week and enable/disable answering queue calls among themselves. Sometimes only 1 team member is on the queue, sometimes 2. If they are only logged in on their iPhone app the app doesn't always ring on their device.

 

AR Greeting > Call Queue (sequential)  4 rings > CQ Voice mail.

 

I now tell them to log in to both their laptop Zoom app AND their phones. This doesn't happen when they're logged in on their laptops as well.

How to solve poor call quality for Zoom Phone using the iOS App?

Context:

  • Making calls using the Zoom iOS app on iPhone 13 (all software up to date)
  • I am using Zoom Phone feature within the app (so that the caller ID is my landline)

Problem:

  • People on the other end of the line are reporting that they catch every second word.
  • There are constant gaps where it just drops out for half a second.
  • The quality is so bad I've had to terminate every call and call directly from my mobile instead.

Things I've tried:

  1. Deleted and re-installed the app on my iPhone
  2. Turned my iPhone off and on again
  3. Tested using the Zoom App on macOS (a little better, but not great)
  4. Tested with AirPods (in case it was the iPhone mic)
  5. Switching off WiFi and just using 5G data (in case my WiFi was poor)
  6. Checking my speeds (WiFi: 97Mps down / 25Mps up; 5G: 53Mps down / 3.5Mps up)

I just placed this number on all my marketing material and distributed it yesterday. What can I do next to fix this?

Extension numbers no longer working

Hi - we use Zoom phone desktop apps and Polycom phones. Our extension numbers are working on the Polycoms, but not dialing from the App. When keyed in, possible contacts are displayes as suggestions, not the colleague. Suggestions?
