On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I created a shared line group on my account. I want to add members to the account but whenever I try to add the members, this error shows up "Extension 809 requires a Zoom Phone Metered, Unlimited, or Pro plan." Although the user has a pro license and a Zoom phone license, any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong?

We have Zoom Phone with unlimited UK & Ire calling. 

 

One of my team is trying to call a South African number - which we expected to be at a charged rate.

 

However, Zoom will not connect the call at all, saying that our service plan does not support it.

 

How can I enable a form of international calling - which we understand will be charged above our monthly fee - so that these calls can be placed?

BLOCK OUTGOING CALLS - BUT LET INTERNAL TO EXTENSIONS ONLY

I want to block outgoing calls from certain extensions/common area phones? but i want them to be able to call internal extensions only? Anybody know how?

I am so frustrated!  I paid for zoom phone and have a phone number assigned as the main company number.  I do not need additional users or numbers or licenses but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to just use the company number!  Please help!

I just set up my zoom plan (US/CA) Unlimited and finally figured out how to receive incoming calls to my desktop and zoom app on iphone.  Unfortunately, I'm unable to make outbound calls.  The same prompt is received from both the app and desktop attempts "sorry, we cannot complet your call.  Your service plan does not allow calls to destination".  Anyone have any idea what I did wrong?

HR is asking if there is a way employees can call in and hear a message saying, "Press 1 if you work in production, Press 2 if you work in Customer Service, etc." and then route those message to the manager of those departments as voice mails? Show more

Room not available error, yet system works fine

I recently had to replace a ceiling mic at a customer site because of water damage. In doing so, the firmware had to be updated in the Shure P300 DSP as well as the mic. The system works fine, but the Room Not Available message shows on the start up ... Show more

I recently had to replace a ceiling mic at a customer site because of water damage.  In doing so, the firmware had to be updated in the Shure P300 DSP as well as the mic.  The system works fine, but the Room Not Available message shows on the start up screen. It refers to the P300 not being available as an audio device, yet it clearly shows up as the audio I/O device in the devices menu.  Anyone know how to make this message go away?
