I can get transcriptions of voicemails left for me but I cannot fathom how to get transcriptions of the occasional ad-hoc recorded phone call: So I go to account settings: Checking under both the "Recording" and "Zoom Phone" tabs I can find no way to turn on "Allow call recording transcription". I've also searched Google and the community here but couldn't see a post on it. If it already exists, sorry!

Hi, We're having an issue where a persistent spam call center continually reaches our Zoom phone numbers. They use a rotating number, so when you block one they just call from a different one. They seem to use the same one or two caller ID strings, so I was wondering if it's possible to implement some kind of rule that automatically blocks callers with a certain caller ID. For example, let's say I get a call from "SPAMCALLS INC, 555-123-1111". Blocking this number blocks only the 555-123-1111 number, but then I proceed to get calls from "SPAMCALLS INC, 555-123-1112", "SPAMCALLS INC, 555-123-1113", etc. and I have to block them all individually. Is there a way to just block "SPAMCALLS INC" rather than the number itself? Thanks!

We have an approved campaign (Yea!) but it only allows 48 users in the campaign, We have about 100 users who who would like to use SMS texting - its really person to person - is there a way to extend the amount of numbers or do we need to create a new campaign (and can we even do that)?

I have a rejected campaign. I see the "create another campaign" button however it is not accessible. Should I delete the rejected campaign as it not letting me edit it? And if I delete the campaign will the Brand stay or will I have to re start the Brand process ?

I’m a single person in my business. I’m trying to set it up so that when people call my number they get an auto attendant and can press 2 to leave a voicemail for me. I had to assign my number to the auto attendant so it would answer first. So my single user only has an extension. I got approved to send texts and I assigned the sms campaign to the main number which is the auto attendant. As a result I can’t seem to text from my user account as it has no number. What is the best way to set this up so I can send texts from the main number and have that number answered by the auto attendant? Thank you!

I created a new Zoom phone account yesterday and set everything up, including downloading the app for the PC & iPhone. I also setup my VM message. Unfortunately, I have been informed I have received at least 3 calls today that did NOT ring to my phone or PC. There is NOTHING in my call history and their voicemails are not appearing for me to view / listen to. Please help!! I have tried calling Zoom support but apparently there is zero support for their phone system. This is a business line that I need to get working ASAP!

I was wondering if Zoom Phones supported Presence-based routing for Call Queues? Where it uses the availability status of members to determine whether a member should be included in the call routing list for the selected routing method. Members whose availability status is set to Available are included in the call routing list and can receive calls. Members whose availability status is set to any other status are excluded from the call routing list and won't receive calls until their availability status changes back to Available.

I have a user that cannot delete voicemails. If you select Delete All, he will receive a message that says something like, "certain voicemails cannot be deleted due to admin restrictions". What restriction is causing this and where can it be set so this does not happen to him? Thanks!
