Hi.  Working in a call center, is there a way to call a co-worker without changing our status from Ready to Not Ready-Forced?  Ex: when I call a fellow employee, we both go from being available to take a call to Not Ready-Forced, and we need to be able to stay Ready for incoming calls.  I've tried calling from the address book in Contact Center, under contacts, and manually dialing the extension, but all options force us into Not Ready.  Thank you in advance.

Phone Subscription not Working

Has anyone else had their parking lot functionality stop working? We've been on Zoom Phones for 2-3 years now using the parking lot feature with no issue. Starting this week, however, we are unable to retrieve parked calls. After we park a call it wills say it's parked on *701, for example, but when we try to pick it up it says, "Sorry, there is no call parked at this location". We haven't made any changes to our set up. The calls are being parked and retrieved from the same site and it's affecting both physical desk phones (Yealink T58A) as well as the Zoom mobile and desktop apps. Support has not been helpful and this is having a big impact on our business. I did noticed that Zoom rolled out private call park and aim call park on the same day this broke for us so I'm thinking that this new functionality broke our setup.

Hello, I have an issue with the Mobile app that I am hoping someone else has experienced / fixed. When I receive a call the mobile app just shows "Zoom Notification" it does not ring or show who is calling or allow for answering. If I manually open Zoom I DO get the call coming through and can answer it but after I close the app after a few minutes it reverts back to the "Zoom Notification" with no call data. It seems like the app is going to "sleep" or a services is stopping and therefore not showing the call. I have.....
Given unrestricted battery access to the zoom app.
Removed Zoom from the "sleep" app on the phone and set to "Never Sleep"
Disabled "Remove permissions if app is unused"
and none of this seems to make a difference. If the app is open calls come through if I close the app I get a simple notification. Any experience or help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Routing incoming calls to all staff

We need help! Incoming calls are being routed to one person and then after four rings rolling to all other staff. What feature do we need to enable or disable so incoming calls go to all staff?

When someone calls into my new zoom phone number it goes straight to voicemail and does not ring into my phone. Additionally, it does not just allow for someone to leave a voicemail but rather asked them for extension and all. I just want it to call through to my phone and if i dont answer it go straight to voicemaill and it's not allowing me to do so. I already set hours to 24/7.

We have a problem with Audiocodes MP-1288 analog ports staying out of service if there is a momentary ground fault. The only resolution currently is to reboot the gateway. Audiocodes has resolved the issue in their latest firmware release, but when can we expect Zoom to certify the newer release and make it available on their website?

I have an employee that has an issue that whenever someone transfers a call to her, the phone shuts down and reboots in the middle of the conversation. So I tried switching the phone, thinking it might be a hardware issue. I took the phone from our conference room and swapped it because we hardly ever use it.

 

I got the phone up and running on my employees desk, but when I went to plug hers into the conference room, it reboots and asks me for an admin password. I have no idea what this is and have never seen this before. Any ideas?

Porting BT Landline number (beginning (01) in UK to Zoom Phone

Hi 

Has anyone successfully ported their BT landline number in UK to zoom phone ?

I wanted to check this was possible before I signed up to zoom phone, many thanks
