Is there a way for the phone number/extension to appear in the Alert queue when there is a missed call?

Can you add some more context. I am not sure what you are talking about when you say " Alert Queue"? I know of the call history where the number of the extension of a missed call will show up, but I am not familiar with what you are mentioning. Are you talking about a call queue, or are you talking about in the Contact Center app for Zoom Phone? Please help me to understand your query, I am happy to attempt to help you resolve your issue.
