How can I edit a contact details that are saved in Cloud Contact? I can see them in my Phone App but not in the website portal. My Contracts saved in Personal Contacts does not show all of my contacts which were saved in my list of contact saved in App. I have been saving the name as I received or called that person but found an error and would like to correct the name. I can see the name and contact under Contacts in App but there seems to be no ability to edit. The same list does not appear in the Personal Contact in the web portal.

I've seen this question posted in other places but I haven't found an answer. If this has been solved please let me know. When I am on a zoom phone call (through the app) on my Android cell phone my call gets interupted if someone calls my personal cell phone. Does anyone know how to resolve this? I see that iOS devices have a callkit option but when I follow the same steps to enable that option isn't there. Thanks!

Hello, I have used Zoom Phone to call people for months without a problem. Today, when I type in the telephone number, it just won't dial out, so I can't call anyone/ make an outgoing call. Do I need to adjust anything in the settings? Thanks, Emma

I have a zoom phone. Iam trying to setup sms. Every time I try and enter a branding as per the instructions it fails. Iam using GoDaddy and entered the CNAME and TXT still fails. Any Ideas?

Does anyone know how to record their own personal message in Zoom? I found where I can select an automated person to say that no one is available to answer your call. But any way to record my own for a personal touch?
As of last week, my zoom office number isn't forwarding to my cell as it was programed several years ago. More important, it is reading out a message, that I am not available and to call back later. I have Optimum Mobile, which is where all calls are forwarded to when they call my office. Finding the proper link to contact Zoom is next to impossible. Can someone assist?
