I have one of the Outlook integrations for Zoom (not sure which one). When I used to schedule a meeting through the Zoom desktop client, saving the meeting would generate an Outlook Meeting Request I could then invite participants to. Now, when I schedule a meeting and don't include attendees in the Zoom interface, it pops up as an Outlook Appointment instead of a Meeting Request. If I do try to include attendees, it doesn't pull up contacts from my address book so I have to go fishing for email addresses instead of just adding them in the Meeting Request like I used to. Am I doing something wrong or is this just an annoying new "improvement" of a recent product update?

Hola que tal, escribo porque en la configuración de mi cuenta de zoom, tengo habilitada la opción de Control Remoto, esto me ayuda mucho porque mis alumnos pueden controlar mi pantalla  en el ejercicio que quiero que trabajen y realizar estos ejercicios en tiempo real y yo puedo estar revisando si van bien, pero el problema que tengo es que cuando yo comparto mi pantalla no me aparece por ningun lado la opción de Control Remoto, aún cuando ya revisé que esté activada la opción en mi configuración. pero resulta extraño que cuando yo me conecto con mi celular a una reunión si me aparece la opción de Control Remoto, pero cuando se conectan mis alumnos en sus computadoras no me da la opción, pudieran ayudarme en eso por favor, muchas gracias

I have a user who uses Zoom app on their Mac laptop. When scheduling a meeting, under the Calendar section there is only iCal, Google calendar, and Other Calendar, but no Outlook.

I have reinstalled the Zoom  app (version 5.15.11), integrated his calendar to Office 365 via the web portal, and signed out and back in.

I see videos of other Mac users, who have the outlook option under Calendar. Is there something I am missing?

I have made a recoding of which I now see a total of three subdivisions and one has 7 recordings, the other two and the other two while I have only done 1 recording. Why that subdivision? I want to post this completely on YouTube via my Apple laptop, but I only see my personal video that I showed during the presentation. what should I do

A Client wants me to send an Outlook invite that automatically populates his Outlook calendar.  On my invite I press the Outlook button, but that just opens the the meeting on my Outlook calendar.  If I have pressed the Outlook button in the invite that I send to him, will it automatically populate his Outlook calendar when he receives my e-mail?

I don't what board this should appear on and evidently just the fact that I'm paying for this service doesn't evidently mean I get any actual help so maybe someone here can help.  I have a new computer and I downloaded Zoom.  I am trying to get Zoom on my outlook calendar, but the Add-in isn't showing up and nothing is syncing with my calendar.  I can't even generate and actual email I can only copy and paste the invite info.  Because of this I don't get reminders or anything.  

I need an actual support person to look at my configuration and see what I'm doing wrong, but Of course Zoom doesn't seem to want to help anyone.

Zoom Version: 5.17.11 (3835)

The video signal is great in my self view, when i open zoom or in the video settings preview.

But for other meeting guests and the recording its very low quality.

How can i fix this?
