I'm opening a meeting using a host key. Host key belongs to a zoom pro user; I have zoom basic. Will meeting cut off after 40 minutes (following my basic plan), or will it follow the pro account terms & last more than 40 minutes? Thanks so much!

I currently am paying for the Pro Plan....because I need up to 2.5 hour meetings Under the less expensive Basic Plan it says that it's 40 minutes for 3 or more participants. My meetings are ALWAYS me and one Participant only. So, that being the case and the wording in the basic duration..if I reduce to the Basic, am I able to do meetings with one other participant for more that 40 minutes?...like up to 2.5 hrs?

After booking a meeting the meeting appears on the Logitech Tap in "Meetings List" but it is not possible to start the meeting from the room since there is no start button. This issue has happened 3-4 times.

I'm new to zoom. I am wanting to convert a zoom video into text. Is this possible?
I had a video recording of an event I held today, and it was GREAT! But when I tried to rename it, a few minutes later
I went back to look at it, and the file was gone with only a CONF file (1 KB) in its place. WHAT HAPPENED? I need that file!!
Has anyone successfully used closed captioning OR live transcription in multiple breakout rooms occurring simultaneously? We have a paid account and the auto generated CC works fine in the main room. It seems like it should work in breakout rooms-- button exists, but no captioning ever appears. We can possibly hire live transcriptionists, but... I see the Zoom support article, but it's so confusing! It explains captioning options for breakout rooms, but then the final note says it's not supported. We need to be ADA compliant for our meetings, so wondering if there is a solution?

We have all of our meetings scheduled through my Zoom account, but they are often run by others who have scheduling privileges. The recording links always go to me, the person who's account was used to schedule the meetings. This is fine when I'm in the office because I can forward the links on to the actual presenter, but when I'm not working the recordings are unavailable to the person who actually presented. Is there a way to have recording links sent to the presenter or a different email address I could specify rather than always to the person who the meeting was scheduled for? Or can the recordings be made available to them through the web interface somehow?
