ISSUES COPY AND PASTING STREAM KEY TO FB GROUP

Looks like zoom and FB are not firends anymore, anyone else having issue streaming into FB groups and issues copying and pasting KEYS into streaming software on zoom?

 

IF so how have you fixed it and rectified it

Zoom refuses screen sharing permissions unless I sign in every few days

Typically, when I sign into Zoom on Windows, I will be asked to enter my username and password about once per week or so. It will remember my credentials for repeat uses within that timeframe. If I open a new meeting and I haven't explicitly logged in with my username and password, it will deny my the ability to allow multiple participants to share the screen. This is really annoying, as I have no way of knowing when this lack of full hosting capabilities is going to kick in. The only fix is to ask everyone to log out and then log in with username/pw.

 

Is there a workaround to this very annoying glitch?

Unsync a google calendar

One of my colleagues accidentally synced her calendar (we assume google calendar) to our Zoom and we both can't work out how to unsync it. She also can't remember how she did it. Her meetings for other companies keep coming up in our upcoming Zoom me... Show more

One of my colleagues accidentally synced her calendar (we assume google calendar) to our Zoom and we both can't work out how to unsync it. She also can't remember how she did it.

 

Her meetings for other companies keep coming up in our upcoming Zoom meeting list and under calendar when creating a new meeting, her email is the only option.

 

We have looked through users, hosts, calendar etc in settings, but we can't work out how she managed to do it.

 

Any advice much appreciated!

Sometimes I open Zoom and it says “ host is in another meeting."

I am setting up a recurring meeting that I cannot attend every week and that I often will have to leave early. I would like to designate someone as an alternate host so that they can start the meeting and end it as necessary without me being there. I have tried "chat" to get help but nothing there seems to give me the answer I need. Any suggestions? It just keeps telling me that my person is not available to be an alternative at this time.

My name appears correctly under my video in Zoom, but it doesn't show up in chat. The chat tag is Me. Can I change it?

I conduct one-to-one meetings on Zoom with various clients. On occasions (not all the time), I cannot see the picture of one client when he joins my meeting. He says he can see the message 'host disabled video sharing'. On the occasions this happens, I send him a new meeting request and link and there is no problem. Sometimes we have to do this, and sometimes the issue doesn't arise and I can see his picture from the start. But I'd like to find out what the issue is as it wastes time at the start of the meeting if I have to email him another Zoom meeting request. I don't know what device he uses. Can anyone help me figure out what the problem is? I conduct 6-8 meetings per week on Zoom and only have the problem with one client, and not all the time. Thanks in advance.

My zoom is not sending 720p video even after having HD video settings enabled

I have a Zoom Workplace Pro subscription. Even after having HD video settings enabled, Video sent is stuck at 640x 360. I am not sure whats wrong. I want to send the video in HD quality. Need help !!
