problem with audio in screen sharing
I have a problem with the audio when I share the screen. If I share a video with music it is not heard and the "share audio" setting is blocked. How can I fix it?

Pls help! Live Transcription option not found in advanced settings
I have been trying to sort out live transcription for weeks now, with no luck. When I go into Advanced meeting settings in my account, the only options are for manual captions - see below:Manual captions
Allow host to type closed captions or assign a participant/3rd-party service to add closed captionsAllow host to type or assign a participant to typeAllow use of caption API Token to integrate with 3rd-party Closed Captioning services I don't have the option to turn on live transcription. We have participants in our meetings who need CC. I'm at the point of wanting to cancel zoom and switch to teams if we can't resolve this. Can anyone help?!

I recorded a Zoom call from a 3rd party platform, Profi. After the call ended I couldn't find the recording on the local or cloud section in Zoom or the 3rd party platform. Any suggestion about what went wrong or how I can receive my recorded call?

Audio not working on external speaker
Hi, Im using 9th gen iPad. Im connected to JBL charge 5 and everything is fine, but the second I connect to Zoom meeting audio starts playing from iPad speakers and not the external speaker. Help?
