zoom picture never shows up in meetings

I have a profile picture on Zoom but it never shows up when I join a meeting! Help, I don't always want to be on video.

Are you joining other people's Meetings, or Hosting your own?

Some Hosts will disable showing Profile pictures.

Joining others  (that said do want it to show up when I start hosting my own)

Sometimes I want my picture to show live and other times I don't.

Both. I host a meeting and when I join other meetings. When I start video I get this weird looking picture.
