Hosting a Town Hall for for about 200 participants; my account can accommodate up to 400. Are there any special instructions for setting up the Zoom or do I schedule it as I would any other Zoom?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @LDReilly.

 

Usually Meeting limits are 100 for Pro accounts and 300 for Business accounts. But there’s nothing you need to do any differently, as long as your limit is greater than the number of attendees. 

Look in the Profile tab of you Zoom Web Portal (https://zoom.us/profile) under the Account License section to confirm your current limit:
