I had a personal meeting number (my phone number) from my last employer. When I changed employers, that personal meeting number is now in use or reserved. Is there a way to get access to it again?

Hello, I record sessions using Zoom. After recording, I try to create an mp4 file by clicking 'double_click_to_convert', but it keeps stopping at 35%, leaving only an mp4.tmp file. I think the file might be corrupted, but I have no idea why, as it usually works fine. Is there any solution to this?

Hello. I have an account and it's integrating with SquareSpace to create the Zoom meetings. I have the Zoom settings to set up new meetings using without waiting on the lobby and to require a password. When new meetings are created manually, these settings work, but with the integration, meetings are created to "Wait on the lobby" instead. See screenshot. Is there another setting I need to adjust?

I am staring my zoom meeting but no participants show up in the waiting room. All my guest show that it says host has not stared meeting or host has another meeting in progress. I have deleted and reinstalled zoom, restarted my computer, logged in and out multiple times. Nothing is working and I can get hold of a real person from Zoom.

My Logitech Brio camera has worked with Zoom for the past few years using green screen with a virtual background. Now when using, my skin tone is blue while using green screen without anything changing with my system. I have uninstalled/reinstalled Zoom, my camera and whatever else. But my skin still shows up blue!

Hi! I was wondering if it is possible to require registration for public attendees of a Zoom meeting while sending a direct link (non-registration) to internal attendees? I have never tried this before, but it would make it a lot easier to do public outreach for our meetings. Thank you!

The Zoom client for windows has "save chat" feature. But it only saves the chat as seen at the moment.
But what I find is that I'll maybe remember to save the chat before saying goodbye and closing the session.
Is there way to suggest that Zoom replace "Save chat" with "[x] Save chat at the end of the session"?

I've been trying to download the smart virtual background package that's required to use virtual backgrounds in Zoom but keep getting the error "Download failed. Please try again." Anyone have any insight as to why this might be the case? Thank you!

Hi helpful community I am very new to zoom and I need some advice I have a website that books online therapy to client the booking software when a client books has an api they connect to zoom my staff (psychologists) when a client chooses them it send both the client and the staff a zoom link It does this because i set them up as a licensed user in zoom and the booking plugin reads the data and allows me to connect that zoom account to that staff member all works Here is my question in zoom when i setup the users (with there email address) I am not sure how to 1. do I set them up as admin or member 2. How do i get or give them their usernames and passwords so they can login to zoom and if they need to change that zoom meeting time and date. also how do they login to zoom to change all these settings 3. Setup a new meeting ie I am happy for them to use this zoom account for all there needs 4. I am admin however I never actually run a zoom session can i assign one of the new staff my license and make my license basic.
