Dual options for meeting attendance - registration for public, direct link for internal?

Hi! I was wondering if it is possible to require registration for public attendees of a Zoom meeting while sending a direct link (non-registration) to internal attendees? I have never tried this before, but it would make it a lot easier to do public outreach for our meetings.
