Hello,

If I'm on a Zoom call and the other person selects, share screen, and selects, give control to me, I am able to see their screen and move their mouse.  If I copy text on my end from a document on my computer, and then I try to paste that copied text into a webpage on the other person's screen, Zoom won't let paste it.  The other person receives a notice about needing to "turn on their clipboard", but even when they do select "turn on clipboard", Zoom still won't let me paste anything from a document on my computer, to a website on their screen.  Little confusing but hopefully that made sense.  Is there a way to turn this functionality on?

Thank you for any insight or advice on this matter.

I presently use Calendly to schedule my meeting with an integration with Zoom in my outlook calendar.  The attendee is able to schedule the meeting and the meeting shows up in my calendar in office 365.  When I check the meeting in my calendar it is there but not does not let me know if the attendee has responded "yes", "no", or "maybe"  I must send an additional attendee invite to get this functionality.

Additionally I do not think that my attendees receive reminders unless they have their own calendar do that.  How can I send a reminder to attendees 1 hour before a meeting though automation?

Export meeting registrants list with join link

I need to export the list of meeting registrants with their join link a day before the start of the meeting. It is possible to do this using the API but I would like to avoid developing an app for this simple operations.

I recently got an iPad, and everything in the Zoom app works fine--except I can't figure out how to move the window with my picture (or the sharer's picture, if someone is sharing screen) around to a different corner of the screen. When I try to drag it, nothing happens. I can't find any settings that affect this, or any advice on Google. Has anyone experienced this? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom app.

One of our Executives has to reapply the background, a simple picture, each time he joins a new meeting. This seems to have just started recently. He uses the free account while we use Pro accounts to host/record, etc. His client is up to date, not sure why this just started happening. He's not very tech-savvy so we have to add it back each time he joins a meeting. Any idea?

Hi all,

I am having trouble trying to push out the latest Zoom updates via Microsoft Endpoint Manager / In Tune.

When I have tested this, it successfully removes the old version but does not install the new version and then it has to be installed manaully by the user.

Has anyone got this working successfully from Azure Endpoint Manager and can advise what I need to do to get the latest version to successfully install?
