It happened now the second time that during the process of compromising the recording right after the meeting, an update from zoom started which automatically included a restart of my computer. I couldn't stop that. The result was that the recording didn't finish and seems to be lost now. I didn't save it to cloud but only to local computer and so far, there hasn't been any problem. But now with these interruptions, only an empty folder with the date of the recording appears on my local computer. My question: Is there any chance to repair or find these recordings...?? I really hope that since these are important teachings.... Thanks a lot for your help!

WHEN I SHARE SCEEEN , USING MY IPAD . SOMETIES PARTICIPANTS SEE BLACK BOXES on screen. i disablaed it in the advanced screen share settings, though. any ideas?
Hello friends. I do a lot of interviews on ZOOM. The ONE thing I don't like is the black background. NOT talking about my personal background, talking about the standard ZOOM background in Gallery or other modes that is always black. Is there a way to change it in any way? Uploading a picture would be great, but I'd settle for just being able to change the color. Any advice on this would be very appreciated, thank you.

When taking a call or meeting on mobile in my car or on headphones the volume is inaudibly low. I have turned up my device volume to maximum, tried with and without original audio, nothing works. I can vaguely hear meeting participants speak but in no way can I make out what they are saying. I can follow an audiobook just fine on less than half the volume. The issue persists on 3 different bluetooth devices (car, headphones, in-ears) Zoom version: 5.15.7.15507 Phone: Fairphone 3+ build 6.A.018.0

We just got off a meeting which we recorded but now cannot locate a recording.... It is not on local drive or on cloud. I was the meeting creator however I made another colleague the host who hit record. We got all the verbal and visual confirmations that the meeting recorded. Yet once the meeting ended I didn't get the usual email or notification about recording.

All video images are cut off (see link) in every meeting I join. I already tried reinstalling Zoom. Please help!
Hey, I hope everyone here is well. I have an iPhone and would like to use it to stream Zoom meetings through my television. I am using this particularly for online church, because one of my older relatives can't hear the audio just through the phone, and would be able to hear it much better if I could stream the audio through the tv. I have used an adapter to hook the iPhone through to the television and the picture comes through clearly, but there is no audio through the tv. I do have a television with HDMI ports which allows me to plug the adapter in, but I do not have a smart tv and cannot download apps to the tv, and my Roku won't allow me to download Zoom to the Roku either. If I play the same meetings over Facebook live I get the audio. And if I do the Zoom meeting through my laptop, if I click on the up arrow that exists where the Mute button is then I can switch the audio settings to my television- but phones are just so much more portable, and I always have my phone with me, but I might not always have my laptop with me. But no such option exists on the Mute button or anywhere that I can find where you can do that for the iPhone over Zoom meetings. So I am asking, besides mirroring which I can't do, because I though I do have a fairly up-to-date tv, but not a Smart TV, what can I do to get the audio through my iPhone on Zoom to my television? I would really really appreciate your help with this.

After zoom update, zoom stopped working. I have a basic account with a stable desktop pc computer and internet. Zoom worked in the past and was working fine until the update. I've tried everything zoom suggested and more including adding more RAM, doing a system restore, turning off my anti virus, uninstalling and reinstalling the app going on 17 times now, making sure I have permission to use the app, closing excess backround app, etc. I could go on and on but the bottom line is zoom stopped working after the latest update. Funny thing is the app works on my tablet and cell phone. But my pc has a bigger screen so I can see things better. I think if I can undo that update it might solve my issue. Nobody seems to have an answer for this problem. Not even Youtube.
