Hi. I do not use virtual backgrounds or blurry background on zoom. I need participants to see what is behind me. However, my background on Zoom is somehow automatically blurry, while the virtual background is set to "none". If I click "blur", it becomes a bit more blurry than usual. Please help to unblur.

I need clarity on whether Zoom provides an account-level configuration that allows us to programmatically set users' usernames and prevent them from editing them when they join class using link, meeting ID and passcode.
My requirements:
We want to set each user’s display name via code when they join meeting.
We want to disable the ability for end users to modify their display name from the Zoom UI (web portal or app).
We need to understand if this is supported through existing Zoom APIs, admin settings, or any specific account configuration.
Whether this level of control is supported?
If yes, what exact API endpoints, account settings, or roles are required?
If no, what alternative approach you recommend to enforce a fixed username for all users?

Hello, I am the newly appointed admin for our Pro Plan. We have approximately 10 scheduled recurring meetings each week. One meeting has decided they want all meeting reactions disabled for that meeting. The remaining meetings decided they want to have meeting reactions. I have searched Zoom help articles, elsewhere on the net and cannot find an answer or solution on how to do this for only one meeting. As admin I can only disable reactions for all meetings which we do not want to do. There is no control when signing in as host to disable them. I am aware that meeting participants can disable them only for themselves. This is not what we want. Detailed help would be most appreciated. Thanks.
FYI The person who set up the admin for all meetings did not assign anyone to groups, just scheduled the recurring meetings with IDs and passcodes. I don't know if this makes a difference and can find no help in getting an answer about this.

Since the last update, when I go to the desktop site to add a new permanent recurring appointment at a non fixed time, I no longer have the ability to add a Topic that is customized. They all are created using "Zoom Meeting" so now I have 4 entries on my meeting list that are called "Zoom meetings." Typically I use the customer's name or initials so I can easily distinguish them. How can I edit them? Or set them up (again) to show up in my Meetings LIst as something specific?? thanks so much! Annette

It's been probably up to one year since I tried to upload my own virtual background for Zoom meetings. It never allows me to do so. It looks like image is uploaded but at the end it doesn't show up in my zoom profile to be picked as preferred option. I tried everything and I'm truly desperate. It seems like such a simple thing and yet it's not working. I found it bit ridiculous. I'm using Zorin OS, which is Linux Ubuntu.

I have made recordings of two meetings. When the meetings ended, I received a message from Zoom that they were being transposed to mp4 audio files. I can't find these recordings in My Recordings in my account. How do I find them?
What is the best way to brainstorm a title with 100+ participants on Zoom offering their ideas that will show them other participant's ideas in real time? Is there a way that someone can "upvote" an idea rather than writing it again?
Hello, I'm new to Zoom and need some help. I want participants to be able to share their screen, but I'm not sure how to stop the sharing as the host. I want to maintain control over screen sharing and be able to end it when needed. I’d really appreciate it if someone could help.

Is it possible to customize the Meeting Summary settings so that it follows a set meeting agenda rather than its own standard template? thanks for any suggestions!
The AI Companion tools are great but we're needing to cut and paste what it captures to correctly follow our discussion. Also it doesn't seem to capture indiviudal motions and secondary votes in the discussion.
