Hello @Moorthy-FRSH,

To disable cloud recording downloads for a single user:

1. Log in to the Zoom web portal as an admin
2. Navigate to User Management > Users
3. Find the specific user and click on their name
4. Go to the Recording tab in their settings
5. Toggle off the "Cloud recording" option
6. Save the changes

This will prevent that individual user from being able to download cloud recordings while leaving the setting enabled for other users on the account.
