Where to record a recurring meeting in MY zoom account that is held on someone else's Zoom account

I meet regularly with someone else who has her own zoom account, she used her account number for the meeting. Is there someplace within my own account that I can schedule this meeting, using her account number, or do I need to keep hitting the link which I have to locate somewhere else (like on my Ical, where it somehow got corrupted)?
