I tried to reach technical support on live cha but was told my account did not entitle me to that. I am sure I used in the past and I do pay for my zoom account. Have things changed recently or has the AI on live chat got it wrong?

My personal account has been taken over my my organization's account.

I have a personal account that I pay for and have access to my organization's Zoom account.  I sign into them with separate emails.  The organization's account seems to have taken over my personal account.  I need to have them separate.  I did have to install Microsoft 365 for my organization.  Help!

I'm in my meeting - my admin has downloaded our required virtual backgrounds.  I have used this for several months with no issues.  Today, there is a shape box in my virtual background/camera that is a box, rectangle or heart as options - and what it does is has the background (literally in the background) but the shape without the background and you can still see my room background.

notification emails not being sent for new meetings

New user here....I have created a meeting and notification emails aren't being sent to the attendees or to my personal email as the host.  Is there a setting I need to check?

Resolved! Trying to disable Waiting Room when using passcode

We don't want a waiting room to be used for meetings, since we're using a passcode.   I've made sure the waiting room toggle is set to off under our admin portion and individual, yet  3 of our 4 users continue to have waiting rooms.  This is problematic for our clients. How do I disable the waiting room for all users under our account?

Some invited users can't activate their microphone

When I am connected on my meeting room, some users can't activate their microphone. And some users can activate their microphone.On the same device, if I connect on another account, all the users are able to activate their microphone...Very strange..... Show more

How can I be a Co-Host (I have Basic Zoom) on a webinar that another authorized user (she is Pro level) set up?

She established meeting links for monthly webinars. And she said she wasn't able to make me a Co-Host...?

Can this be set up from her end?  Or do I have to upgrade to Pro from Basic to be able to be a Co-Host on her link?

Hi, just joined the community.  I wanted to find out if there is a way to request for the following  feature:

 

1) Host to be able to click a button an automatically capture a picture of all the attendees (perhaps in a grid).  Right now, someone has to manually screen capture each page, and this is tedious.

 

2) Can the host have  feature to mute only participants, leaving the co-hosts' mute settings unaffected?

Teammates get a meeting declined message even when I am in the meeting

Whenever someone invites me to a meeting, they end up getting a "DavidL2 declined" message, even if I have already accepted their invitation and am currently meeting with them. It is confusing, and clutters up their notifications. This is possibly ca... Show more

Whenever someone invites me to a meeting, they end up getting a "DavidL2 declined" message, even if I have already accepted their invitation and am currently meeting with them. It is confusing, and clutters up their notifications.

 

This is possibly caused by my having zoom installed and logged into on both my computer and phone. Often when I am invited it rings on both my computer and phone, and I only respond on my computer. However, the decline message is sent even when my phone does not alert me that someone is inviting me to a meeting and I accept it on my computer. Is there a way to change this functionality so that if I accept the meeting request the inviter does not get a message saying I declined?
