OS: Windows 10 22H2, (Up-to-Date) Microsoft Edge Version: 124.0.2478.80 Zoom Workplace Version: 6.0.4 (38135) When I open Zoom Test meeting in Microsoft Edge, there is no Video. However, when I open Zoom Test meeting in Chrome, I have video. This occurs when using local Zoom Workplace App or opening a meeting via Web Browser. I've tried resetting Edge back to defaults with same result. Reinstalling Zoom Workplace. Win. 10 App Permissions is On and Zoom is listed under "Allow desktop apps to access your camera". Issue started around last week in April, 2024. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you! Chip

Hi there, - Self voice is NOT triggered when using the desktop app (latest version) I have tried restarting my headphones, computer, changing the settings on my headphones, etc... but it seems like there is a bug with the Zoom desktop app where it my headphones are no longer registering it as a meeting (which is what triggers self-voice to turn on). Unfortunately I cannot manually turn on self-voice. 😞
Self-voice no longer triggers when using the latest Zoom update on Desktop. I've troubleshooted this myself already by testing the following:
- Self voice is triggered as expected on Google Meet
- Self voice is triggered as expected while using v5.17 of the iOS mobile app

Hi I now have a new FB group, and no matter what I do, following all the guidelines set out by fb and zoom, the new group is just not showing up.
I've been using zoom to successfully stream into my FB groups for as long as I can remember.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to solve this please?
Many thanks
Leigh

Hello, yesterday I had recorded our meeting and for some reason when I go to download the meeting to share with others, the file is too large, how do I delete some of the video so that I can share. Thanks
As a teacher, it would be really helpful if it listed in the chat who specifically left the meeting. Often, I hear the notification, but I have too many students to know who left without downloading a report at the end of the session. It would be helpful if I could see "[participant name] left the meeting" in real-time.

My account indicates participants are allowed to join before the host; however, I have to allow participants to enter. I am also the admin so the global account settings allow ppl to enter. Why are members having to be permitted to enter?
I updated my Zoom app on my PC and lost my video picture of me - not anyone else. My camera is recognized and shows connection. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my PC 3x. Black screen of me. Any ideas?
I am hosting a meeting from Taiwan and my customer was unable to join. They received the following error message: 'Unable to join the meeting due to restrictions set by the host's account, error code 13215.' Can anyone clarify what specific restrictions might be causing this issue? How can I resolve it?

I would like to develop a chat room where users can chat, when they agree to have a meeting together at one specific time then the system will schedules and issues and posts a Zoom URL for them to join the meeting. Here are my questions:
1. Is this possible? (I mean this part " the system will schedules and issues and posts a Zoom URL for them to join the meeting")
2. If it is possible, what kind of Zoom account plan do I need to prepare? I assume it needs to issue more than 10 URLs simultaneously.
3. Could you tell me if there is a specific Zoom API that the system should call when issuing these URLs?
