I own a Pro License. There are only 2 users on my account - myself as the license owner, and my wife as a basic user. Previously when I am not using Zoom, I was able to assign my license to my wife to host meetings extending more than 40 minutes. How... Show more

I own a Pro License. There are only 2 users on my account - myself as the license owner, and my wife as a basic user. Previously when I am not using Zoom, I was able to assign my license to my wife to host meetings extending more than 40 minutes. However, lately when I assign the license to her (and I become a basic user) she is only able to host meetings lasting only 40 minutes. Why is this so?

 

I think it is unfair and uncompetitive for Zoom to expect me to purchase another license for my wife to use my Zoom account to organize a meeting, especially when we are not concurrently holding meetings on Zoom at the same time. We also never hold meetings involving up to 50 people at a time.

Join URL with Custom Domain

Hello,

 

When using API to get registrations (/meetings/{meetingId}/registrants) we receive Join URL for the attendee. This URL is in generic format (webXXus.zoom.us), instead of custom domain.

Is it expected and can it be improved? 

Powerpoint with webcam overlay it works but not reproduced in the recording where the image is next

My son has just started zoom tutoring sessions. The tutor would like to share maths and spelling apps from her screen so my son is able to press buttons and interact and they can play educational games and take turns. She does this with other student... Show more

My son has just started zoom tutoring sessions. The tutor would like to share maths and spelling apps from her screen so my son is able to press buttons and interact and they can play educational games and take turns. She does this with other students but for some reason it doesn't work for my son. He is able to see her screen but is unable to take control. Any thoughts? Also sometimes the video stops our end and an error message says another app is using the camera. I do not have any other apps open. I have tried using the app and the browser to access zoom. My device is a Lenovo chromebook. Thanks

A few months ago, my meeting recordings (which I use for YouTube) suddenly became blurry and occasionally pixellated. Nothing drastically changed on my end about the space I record from, the lighting (I'm by the same window, though the days have gotten darker I'm not sure it would be enough to make it blurry as this), or my computer, so I'm not sure what happened.

Here is my straightforward requirement. Appreciate it if someone could give me a proper solution.

I need a system to be able to get 100 meetings scheduled during the same hour where different people can connect via Zoom and I don't need to administer them other than providing the unique links in advance. The individuals joining those meetings will be mostly one-on-one teacher vs student.  I can't manage to have multiple accounts for this requirement. I am ready to pay based on the # of meetings or hours consumed whatever works or can switch plans but the above is what I need.

Please suggest.
