Audio Settings Gone Away?

I have enabled the option Record active speaker, gallery view and shared screen separately.

 

But the active speaker recording is always happening in 640x360p resolution irrespective of i enabled hd option in camera seting in zoom client.

 

 

i want active speaker recording to be on 1080p.

 

How to do this?

Resolved! How to increase video resolution in cloud recording?

How to increase video resolution in cloud recording, just for one meeting? I don't need high resolution for other meetings. The current resolution is 640x360 for the Speaker View MP4 file. How do I get 1280x720 or better for Speaker View?

Need workspace to ring even when already in a meeting.

We just switched to Zoom for taking calls and having audio/visual meetings. Our team all joins a call/meeting each day for collaboration. We are also all in phone queues. Currently if we are already in our collaboration meeting if we get a phone call... Show more

We just switched to Zoom for taking calls and having audio/visual meetings.  Our team all joins a call/meeting each day for collaboration.  We are also all in phone queues.  Currently if we are already in our collaboration meeting if we get a phone call, it is not giving an audible ring.  It is just popping up a little notification window to let you know you are getting a call.  We need it to audibly ring. 

Is this possible?

Am trying to locate the settings link on my profile for advanced audio (see below the screenshot from the support page) –

I need to change the default setting for ambient noise –

 

Can you please help me with this? We use zoom to share funerals with mourners who cannot attend the services in person and the default filter blocks the organ and choir.

Hello everyone,

 

Windows 10 PC, running updated Outlook version from Office 365. Zoom plugin has worked for months with no problem, but recently when I open a new meeting and click on the Add a Zoom Meeting icon, it says "Adding Zoom Meeting" in the top left corner, with a spinning circle that seems to go nowhere. After several minutes the line changes to: "we're sorry, we couldn't access Zoom" error that appears to say that the plugin can't reach the internet to get the information being requested. 

No internet issues with the computer, all working and testing find for accessing LAN and WAN resources.

Any idea what is happening? I have tried reinstalling the Zoom app and the plugin, updated Outlook, but nothing seems to make a difference.

Can I remove registration from a meeting without changing the meeting URL?

I want to start a meeting with registration -- and then remove registration the day before the meeting, so anyone can join at that point without registering. Has anyone else attempted this? My concern is that removing registration will change the mee... Show more

I want to start a meeting with registration -- and then remove registration the day before the meeting, so anyone can join at that point without registering.

 

Has anyone else attempted this?  

 

My concern is that removing registration will change the meeting URL.  Or will the same URL work for everyone, whether they registered in advance or joined after registration was no longer required?

Zoom downloaded on my Mac. Where is it?

I downloaded installation twice, to my Mac. Can't find the icon anywhere. Not even sure I downloaded the correct thing - installerFull.pkg  The icon isn't in my dock, to open.

 

Anybody got any ideas?

We have several admins and coordinators who do not host meetings; they schedule meetings on behalf of their executives. It seems fiscally irresponsible to pay for a license just for the privilege of scheduling on behalf of an executive.

 

Aside from the obvious of having to log in and out of an executive account (which goes against all of our policies related to password sharing), is there another way?

 

I can't be the only one in this situation.
