I am on a Pro plan and meet the bandwidth and hardware requirements, but I never get 720p on a 1:1 call or group call. The video resolution in statistics alsways shows 640x360. I have at least 20 Mbps uplink/downlink. My camera is 720p. I paid for pro plan but didn't know how to make sure the feature has been enabled by support on the backend. What shall I do? Thanks

Hi, My video started lagging by 3 seconds fairly recently. It'd been fine before that. I haven't downloaded any new apps or programs since well before this started. I've tried all the fixes one can find on Google for this issue and nothing seems to be working. I need Zoom on a daily basis for work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

One of the co-hosts has changed to a new laptop and do not have the "Record" button in the Breakout Room. This co-host is using Zoom App. It was working previously with the "Record" button in the co-host's old laptop's Zoom App, but now the "Record" button is not showing in the new and old laptop's Zoom App. Other co-hosts do not have problem with the "Record" button in their Breakout Rooms.

Currently have Zoom Workplace Pro which renews in 2025. Version 5.15.5 (19404)
I am being told I must have version 5.16.6 to sign in. I see no way to update my version.
What do I do?
This morning (3rd September) I turned up to run one of my recurring meetings (using the app on my desktop) and I couldn't find them. Fortunately, I have the link saved on my calendar, so could get in, but I was late and I had clients waiting) Does anyone know where they have been moved to?

I have no idea how to say this. but i saw it on someone's zoom and i want to figure out how to do it., I schedule meetings all day, and most of the time, I am ok with name, email number, and all of that stuff. but when I have a trainee who is doing the same stuff, and instead of a scheduled meeting, they want to do it right now. I saw a link that I clicked on, and it went to a page and said for an instant meeting, click here, and it put you in the room. What is that called? how do i do it?

I want to know how can I allow the alternative host user to access meeting reports.
I and the alternative host user are paid users.
I usually hold zoom meetings using my zoom account. And we have to report about meeting result including number of participants for managers within 1 day. But I'm often busy then I can't keep time for making meeting report.
Then I want to allow alternative host user to access to my zoom meeting report page and let him reporting for managers.

Anyone know if there is a way on how to download all my recordings available in bulk? have a lot of small 200mb meetings taking space and want to just bulk download so I can delete them off of zoom
