Hello. We have Outlook linked with our Zoom phone system, and so each time a scheduled meeting time comes our statuses are automatically changing to "user is in a calendar event" which prevents us from receiving calls.

Many blocked out meeting times are when I EXPECT to receive a call, so this is extremely counterproductive. How can I prevent zoom from blocking calls during my calendar events?

Notifications for meetings that I have canceled.

I am receiving notifications on my iphone once a week for a weekly meeting that I canceled several months ago. The meetings are not on my Google Calendar, nor are they in my meetings scheduler anymore. How can I stop the notifications?

I have been trying out the new surveys/polls library because the library has made a few significant improvements over the old version.  With some of the new functionalities, I'd like to use the new quiz function during online classroom.  However, I've found out that quizzes created under a meeting don't seem capable of being transferred into the general Surveys/Polls library.  The reason I created the quizzes under a particular meeting is because these meetings were created in a LMS system (Brightspace) which allows me to batch upload these questions via a CVS file.  In fact, I uploaded these questions as polls and converted them to quizzes in Zoom.  Everything seems working perfectly except that these quizzes don't seem to be imported into the new surveys/polls library thus they could not be reused for future meetings.  Is there anything I could do to "publish" them?

I created a registration page using Zoom to set up a large meeting.

In My meetings --> Email settings I changed the email contact (from my account email to another email address). That address appears in the body of the message as "Please submit questions to... [email address]." That's great, but it didn't change the Reply-to email address in the header. What appears in "Reply-to" is the email address I signed up for the account with.

(I use this account for two different business activities and for this particular activity, it matters what shows up in the "reply-to" address.)

Is there a way to make that Reply-to email address the address that I set up as the contact for this meeting (versus the account email)? If so, how? Or is the only way to do that to change the main email address for my account? And if the answer is the latter, is it easy enough to change my account email?

Thanks!

We need  a solution for using the Zoom Addin for Outlook vs using the plugin. We have stopped using the plugin across our client computers because it started requiring admin permissions to update itself, and there was no way for us to administrate the updates in a timely manner, and users were submitting too many requests for updating the plugin. (The admin privs to update the plugin is also new..)

However, the Add-in does NOT remove Zoom meetings from Zoom when a meeting is cancelled or deleted in Outlook, despite having sync settings, calendar integration, etc turned on. It is unreasonable and ridiculous to expect users to remember to click the Zoom button and hit 'Remove' just to make sure the meeting is removed from Zoom. The plugin that they were all used to did not require this.

Asking for Zoom to update the Addin integration to automatically remove Zoom meetings when they are cancelled/deleted in Outlook.

Hello.

I am trying to solve this issue but I can't find the way.

When I am speaking on a Zoom meeting, the software doesn't highlight me as the active speaker. This is not a big deal when the other participants use a PC on a grid view. But many participants use their phones with the speaker view, so basically when I speak, they seen on their screens the last person who spoke, instead of me.

I hope I have been clear.

Anyone has an idea on what does it depend?

Thanks a lot.

Manuel

Note: I use the last version of Zoom on a MacBook Air M1, with macOS Monterey 12.0.1

Hi, during work meetings, without me having changed anything in the settings, suddenly the thumbs up icon pops up (apparently in response to some hand gesture that I make). At other times, baloons starts streaming from the "ceiling" of my window. These are completely inappropriate for the types of meeting that I am conducting and I'm not successful in finding way of disabling them (I don't even know what triggers these "features.")
