I'm having a problem running a Keynote presentation on my Macbook Air connected to my new Apple Studio Display 

The Presentation works fine with Screen Share, BUT on a couple of slides with embedded video it goes very jerky (the sound does work)

 

When I unplug the Apple Studio Display and run the session just with the MacBook Air it all runs perfectly

 

I have contacted Apple who are investigating (the display only came out on 18th March and am hoping it's just a minor patch needed), but also concerned it may be a Zoom issue with the new Apple display

 

Has anyone else had this problem?

purchased a house during COVID times. the signing was done over Zoom. I was invited by the realtor. Can I find out if that meeting was set to be recorded by the realtor? If so, can I request a copy from zoom as the realtor will never self-incriminate... Show more

Can I find out if that meeting was set to be recorded by the realtor?  If so, can I request a copy from zoom as the realtor will never self-incriminate?

Are meetings that cross country lines recorded regardless? If so, can I request a copy?

Pretty important this one. Obviously not a question for the bot, that at least says it doesn't understand! 🙂

I had to borrow my wife's iPad for some telehealth appointments when my Mac wasn't working.  Now, each time someone enter's my room her iPad dings and notifies her.  How do I stop this?  I can't find anyway to remove myself from her iPad and it's annoying when she is using Zoom for her classes.

Resolved! meeting chat

We have the Pro account. More than once, the in-meeting chat feature is only open for the Host, however the chat feature is enabled in our main Settings for all to use.

Meetings Glitchy, Freezes Only When I'm Signed In

This problem has been plaguing me for about 3 weeks now, I cannot find any solution, and I am just about done with using Zoom.

 

Zoom works perfectly fine whenever I am NOT signed in, (When I join a meeting as a guest, for instance) but as soon as I sign in to Zoom and start a meeting... the software completely locks up.

 

I can't click anything and I can't even close Zoom.

 

I have to control + alt + delete to close the software and then it automatically starts again... forcing me to once again control + alt + delete.

 

As a small business owner who uses meetings 10+ times per week, this software bug has gotten tiresome very quickly.

 

I would be eternally grateful for some kind of solution... even if it means finding a Zoom alternative.

Mac getting heated to 100 degree on Zoom on MacBook Air with intel i5 10th gen processor.

As soon I start the meeting and screen sharing, my cousin temperature rises up to 100 degree Celsius and it stays there continuously until i end the meeting. for meetings more than 10 minutes, the pc hangs completely. very annoying issue. shown to ap... Show more

very annoying issue. shown to apple service centre, they did not find any hardware issue.
